grand walkerhill exceeded my expectations during this holiday. the friendly staff went above and beyond to make sure i had a great stay. it was a refreshing change from my previous experiences in seoul.

The staff members were incredibly kind and nice, making my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel had a beautiful view and there was a mountain trail nearby that provided a great opportunity for a walk. The room was super clean, which was a big plus for me.

There are two hotels in one names there. One is very old and in this site you never shows this old hotel, So I am very angry for this subjcet and the rooms they gave me in old hotel was just a 3 stars room. Very old and bad really

bellboy are all quite good.i like the design of rooms, not too small but enough for 2people.

but reception need improve, i been ask whether use any mini bar stuff, and i said no. He just not believe me at all, and wait there for more than 10mins to check on the mini bar...

Very comfortable beds, staff spoke great English

1. Could not believe there was no breakfast included. Should offer light continental or massive discount for guests at buffet (cost was 36,000won!). 2. Could not believe guests had to pay to use indoor pool (16,000won!)!

The staff were helpful and attentive, clean and high-quality facilities, convenient CU store downstairs, well-organized transport service, great breakfast with plenty of amazing food.

For us, it was ideal.

I was disappointed during my last stay at walkerhill Sheraton as both my husband and myself felt really bored as there were not much to offer especially coming from where we are - Singapore . Not only the casino is a lot smaller and in fact we find the dealers unfriendly and rude! After playing for less than half hour we decided to have an early night and head back to our hotel room.
